Cesarean prevention, recovery, and VBAC support

Free monthly meetings for support and education are held the second Monday of the month from 6:30-8:30pm at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 
1720 E Minnehaha Pkwy, Minneapolis.

Upcoming meetings:
Monday, May 13: VBAC Preparation-whether planning ahead or already expecting,  this class will answer questions, address fears, and start you on your EBAC-Empowered Birth After Cesarean!
Monday, June 10: Cesarean Prevention Class-our newest class that first premiered at last year's Expo-anyone (with or without a scar) who wants to prevent a cesarean  is welcome to attend!
